FDC have completed the fitout of IAG’s Sydney office, Levels 1 – 19, Tower 2 Darling Park, 201 Sussex Street.

IAG is the parent company of a general insurance group with controlled operations in Australia and Zealand.

Its businesses underwrite over $11.4 billion of premium per annum, selling insurance under many leading brands, including NRMA Insurance, CGU, SGIO, SGIC, Swann Insurance and WFI.

The IAG project was the largest fitout of an existing Sydney building undertaken in the 2017-2018 financial year.

The scope of works included an integrated fitout of levels 1 through to 19 including complete strip out of existing PWC fitout and services from slab to slab, an inter-connecting stair over 15 levels, open plan agile working spaces, meeting rooms, kitchen, collaborative spaces, client floors, commercial kitchen, main comms room and on floor comms rooms.

The project included a dedicated ground floor lobby upgrade for IAG and two new building sky signs.

New services were installed throughout including base build plant upgrades.

New amenities were provided on all levels.
