Holding Redlich is unique among Australian law firms, acting for companies of all sizes, government, the labour movement and public interest groups.

A competitive tender process saw FDC chosen to undertake a fast-track interior fitout for this growing legal practice in the MLC Centre, working closely with the interior design practice to collaboratively resolve issues during construction.

A modern and more integrated workplace was desired, providing staff and clients with improved amenities. The 3,000sqm fitout included new reception, formal meeting rooms, casual meeting spaces, offices, workstations, facilities and storage zones.

The key deadline was met, the relocation executed and minor works completed after occupation. The success of this project led to FDC securing the fitout of their Brisbane office.
