Part of the Hilton Group plc, the LivingWell umbrella includes LivingWell Premier, LivingWell Health Clubs and LivingWell Express, spanning across Australia, Germany, Turkey, Malta and Brazil.

This stand alone LivingWell Premier Club at Willoughby was transformed from a former office building into Australia’s premier health club covering 3,000sqm of gym, fitness studios, 25 metre indoor pool, spas, saunas, steam rooms, locker rooms, lounge areas, cafe and a luxurious Day Spa.

As the benchmark for health clubs globally, this construction and fitout project entailed no compromise in design, services, finishes or fixtures. The detail is extraordinary and the result stunning.

The works also included significant excavation to facilitate construction of a new two tier (150 space) carpark. The fitout was highly specialised, including substantial replacement and upgrade to key building plant and services.
