Westmead Hospital Milestone 1 – O3Hub

FDC have completed numerous fitout and refurbishment projects at Westmead Hospital, in NSW. The first milestone was an office refurbishment on Level 3 of the Westmead Centre for Oral Health – which was renamed the O3Hub. This refurbishment is part of the Westmead Redevelopment – a NSW Government project valued at over $1 billion.

The O3Hub project involved demolishing the existing office space and replacing it with a contemporary, activity-based working layout, in addition to a new kitchenette and bathroom amenities.

FDC delivered this refurbishment, in conjunction with Team 2 Architects, Health Infrastructure, PwC and Northrop.
