Aurecon

FDC completed the fitout of levels 2 to 5 at Aurecon’s Sydney office at 116 Military Road, Neutral Bay.

Aurecon is an engineering, management, design, planning, project management, consulting company based in Australia and South Africa. The company operates in over 22 countries across Africa, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East.

The 6,000sqm, four level fitout was delivered over 6 stages and involved the complete strip out of the floors and fit out of a new workspace including meeting rooms, break out areas and workstations.

The 15 month project was executed in collaboration with architects: Futurespace, Aurecon services engineers and FDC Technologies/ FDC Mechanical Services who undertook the mechanical and technological component of the project.

The project was completed on time and within budget.
