Nikko Asset Management

FDC have completed the fitout of Nikko Asset Management’s office, Level 26, Tower One, Barangaroo (NSW).

Nikko Asset Management is one of the Asia-Pacific’s largest asset managers, providing active fund management across a range of equity, fixed income, multi-asset and alternative strategies.

The project included a complete fitout of offices, meeting rooms, workstations, breakout kitchen, communications room and waiting area. The office features wooden accents and floor-to-ceiling glass panels to provide a luxurious workspace in one of Australia’s most-coveted office towers.

The project was a FDC Group delivery combining Fitout, Technologies, and Mechanical Services, in conjunction with WMK Architecture and Norman Disney & Young.
