mecwacare, Richmond

FDC have completed the refurbishment and fitout for mecwacare’s Richmond facility, 273 Church Street, Richmond.

mecwacare are a leading not-for-profit organisation who have provided care to over 11,000 people each week across greater Melbourne and regional Victoria for over 55 years. They offer residential aged care, respite care, in-home support, community programs, and disability and nursing services.

The project was carried out over 9 stages and features a total refurbishment and fitout to 3 levels over a six-month time-frame which included an upgrade of all amenities, installation of joinery, lighting, air conditioning, fire and floor coverings, a complete paint job and minor works that were undertaken in the basement.
