FDC (QLD) has completed the fitout of Colliers International head office, 200 Mary Street, Brisbane.

Colliers International is a global commercial real estate services organisation with over 15,800 employees in more than 485 offices across 63 countries. They deliver a full range of services to real estate users, owners and investors worldwide, including global corporate solutions, brokerage, property and asset management, valuation, consulting and appraisal services and insightful research. The organisation serves the industrial, office, retail, hotel, rural and agribusiness, healthcare and retirement living and residential property sectors.

The 1,150sqm fitout was delivered within 14 weeks and included an open plan office fitout with new and reconfigured services to suit, new workstations, breakout, reception, work points (hot desks) and new comms room. The office was also fitted with a fully automated AV system with informal and formal meeting spaces.
