FDC are pleased to have completed the fitout of Idemitsu Australia Resources’ new, stylish office spaces at 175 Eagle St, Brisbane, an outstanding project for which our team was engaged via an ECI Lump Sum contract.

The design phase involved FDC providing detailed cost planning to the client, which saw the delivery of a project that not only maintained the original design intent but did so whilst simultaneously remaining within IAR’s desired budget.

The modest but elegant office spaces feature sweeping views of the Brisbane River from the new boardroom. In addition, our team built new meeting rooms, all with virtual call facilities, as well as open plan workspaces, central staff breakout area and a Zen garden.
