418a Elizabeth Street, NSW
FDC’s recent building refurbishment of 418a Elizabeth Street celebrates the building’s Brutalist architecture whilst also embracing modern design principles.
Works such as facade upgrades with feature lighting, basement upgrades, a lift lobby upgrade and amenities upgrades highlight the building’s signature kinetic bronze alongside high end finishes such as Artedomus Calacatta benchtops.
The heart of the project is the newly introduced rooftop accented with GRC planters and the meditation dome, creating a calming oasis in the heart of Surry Hills.
