We are pleased to announce the appointment of Elise Klarenbeek to the role of General Manager – ACT. 


Elise brings an impressive 15+ years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, with the last 7 years dedicated to FDC. As the longest-standing female team member in the ACT division, Elise has consistently demonstrated an exceptional work ethic and clear communication skills, earning the respect and admiration of her colleagues and clients alike.

Throughout her tenure at FDC, Elise has proudly participated in numerous key projects that have shaped the ACT division’s success. Noteworthy contributions include her involvement in the Deloitte Canberra, Radford College and Greenway Views projects. Her recent accomplishment of winning the 2023 NAWIC Leadership in Construction Award is a testament to her outstanding leadership and dedication to the industry.

Elise also led the national launch of the Women in Construction Movement, chosen for her authentic leadership, passion for the industry, and active role modeling. She has illuminated the path for many other females in construction to start or continue their careers in the industry.

With a passion for establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders, Elise is and continues to remain a pivotal person within FDC.
