Repurposed from its previous life as five walk-up brick apartments constructed almost 80 years ago, Blue & William now stands as a remarkable, 10-storey bespoke commercial office building – an integral addition to the heart of North Sydney.
Despite facing several unprecedented challenges during construction, our capable project team navigated challenges to complete and deliver Blue & William on schedule.
The result is an impressive delivery which proudly incorporates 5 Star Greenstar and 5.5 Star NABERS ESD aspirations and includes numerous bespoke building features that respond directly to the heritage of its location across the Lavender Bay and North Sydney areas.
Set to produce 3,000 new jobs and attract significant investment to the area, the esteemed office building will play a major part in North Sydney Council’s ‘CBD Growth Strategy’.
Blue & William has been nominated for a total of three MBA NSW Awards with results due in November. This is a true testament to the expertise of our dedicated project team.
