The Client Services team at FDC comprises staff from executive directors to site operatives.

We have advisory, technical, communications, marketing, programming, estimating, engineering and service staff who can provide a range of services to any client or business partner.   Our multi-skilled ‘client service’ team often supports a client through project, financial and business planning.

This may include a concept design, project budget, lease advice, preliminary program, tenancy inspection, services brief, space plan, audit of existing assets, risk report, staff presentation, board report, site tours, induction, training, churn support or client satisfaction survey… anything to make your journey easier and faster.

The result of this kind of pre-construction support is the reason behind the term “Early Contractor Involvement” (ECI) and highlights the many benefits delivered when an intelligent and multi-skilled building team are engaged early.
