Project Description

Treasury Wine Estates (TWE) is a unique global wine company with a leading international portfolio of new world wines.

Having demerged from Foster’s Group in 2011, Treasury Wine Estates have moved their offices to 58 Queensbridge St, South Melbourne. The building, known as The Atrium, is a freestanding building of 7,400sqm over two levels. The project involved a fitout of approx 5,600sqm and was delivered within a ten week build program under a Construction Management methodology.

The fitout comprises first class architecture and bespoke joinery. The majority of the floor accommodates open-plan workstations, there being only one office for the Chief Executive Officer. Also included are multiple tea points; leisure and entertaining areas; a library; telepresence rooms; a boardroom and a wine tasting room. Client reaction has been tremendous and the customized nature of the themed branded spaces are exceptional.
