Project Description

FDC (VIC) have recently completed the refurbishment of 14 Mason Street, Dandenong.

The owner, Sandran Pty Ltd was founded in 1991. The company’s line of business includes investing in commodity contracts, tax liens, venture capital companies and other miscellaneous investing.

The 4,000sqm project included a selective strip out and make good of the existing building including the basement, ground floor and levels 1 to 3. The features of the fitout include an external refurbishment, full services upgrade, lift lobbies, new end of trip facilities and toilets within the core.

This project was completed over 36 weeks in conjunction with Gray Puksand, Building Services Engineers and McKenzie Group Consulting.
