Project Description

FDC has delivered a 3,800sqm fitout for The University of Sydney.

The 22 week project was undertaken in the Jane Foss Russell Building, 168 City Road, Darlington and was a multi-staged, 4 floor project that was delivered in the live building.

The project included workstations, seating booths and meeting rooms including a full mechanical upgrade to each floor (Est completion Early 2016). On level 3, FDC built a fully integrated kiosk style self-help service center for their Student Accommodation Services (SAS) department, a first for the University. Since our successful handover, the University is now looking to roll out this type of service centre within the campus for numerous other departments.

The project was delivered on time and within budget in conjunction with Geyer, NDY and CIS. FDC Mechanical Services delivered the mechanical components of the project.
