FDC were appointed by TMG Projects to undertake a fourteen (14) level building refurbishment program, inclusive of Ground Level foyer / cafe, Lower Ground area, carpark levels and roof plant room.
With full BCA services upgrade and podium level external refacing, the extensive works were completed on time and to a high standard.
Subsequent success in the building saw FDC secure an office fitout for over 10,000sqm for a global technology company.
A Master Builders Association “Excellence in Construction” Award winner for the podium and ground floor refurbishment, the total project value exceeded $16,000,000. |
